Official Visits - Senate, National Assembly, Bourbon Palace with the Federation of Associations - Great Britain (FAFGB)
On the 2nd and 3rd November the Society took part in the official visits organised by the FAFGB, of which the Society is a longtime member. It was a first visit to the Senate but annual visits took place to the National Assembly before the pandemic.
On the 2nd Of November at the Senate a lunch was hosted by Sénateur Olivier CADIC where the Society was well represented, mainly by student members in the double masters in law, between France and the U.K.. Lunch was followed by a guided tour of the Senate and included being present at question time of the Prime Minister Madame Elisabeth BORNE.
On 3rd of November there was a meeting with Deputy Alexandre HOLDROYD, Deputy for Northern Europe ( which includes U.K. , with 80% of constituents). Then followed a guided tour of the Bourbon Palace and the National Assembly.
