During President Macron's State visit to the UK, the AJFB/FBLS also experienced significant moments of FR/UK friendship and cooperation. Here are some highlights from the beginning of July (2/3).

Rejoice! Rejoice!

Major changes in the AJFB/FBLS senior positions. Upon presentation of the section of England&Wales, Floriane Laruelle was appointed VP of the AJFB/FBLS for England and Wales, in succession to Catherine Pédamon.

Laurence Marie-Gérard, as the VP of the French section, was appointed a member of the board, to replace Ariane de Guillenchmidt Guignot.

Irène Arnaudeau and Katherine Lisfranc were appointed “honorary presidents” of the French section.

The AJFB/FBLS is now chaired by Lady Mary Arden, with Charles du Couëdic de Kerérant as Secretary General, Carole Hope as Treasurer, Vivienne Forrest as Academic Director. The sections vice-presidents are: Lord Ericht (Scotland), Lord Justice Bernard McCloskey (Northern Ireland), Floriane Laruelle (England&Wales), Frédéric Goldberg (France).

Changements majeurs à la tête de l'AJFB/FBLS. Sur recommandation de la section anglaise et galloise, Floriane Laruelle a été nommée vice-présidente de l'AJFB/FBLS pour l'Angleterre et le Pays de Galles, succédant à Catherine Pédamon.

Laurence Marie-Gérard, vice-présidente de la section française, a été nommée membre du « board », en remplacement d'Ariane de Guillenchmidt Guignot.

Irène Arnaudeau et Katherine Lisfranc ont été nommées présidentes d'honneur de la section française.

L'AJFB/FBLS est désormais présidée par Lady Mary Arden, avec Charles du Couëdic de Kerérant comme Secrétaire Général, Carole Hope comme trésorière et Vivienne Forrest comme « academic director ».
