St Andrew’s Day dinner

In order to mark St Andrew’s Day and to provide an opportunity to meet in convivial surroundings before the end of the year, the Scottish Section of the Franco-British Lawyers Society are organising an annual dinner to be held on Saturday 2 December 2023 at the New Club in Edinburgh.

The menu is as follows:

• Traditional Cullen Skink with Cream and Chives
• Suprême of Chicken Balmoral with Haggis Stuffing and a Whisky Cream Sauce
• Rosemary and Ayrshire Potato Terrine
• Baked Skirlie Tomato
• Cranachan Blairgowrie with Club Shortbread
• Coffee and Tablet

Dress code: Highland Dress/ black tie/ lounge suit.

The price is £90 per head, with a reduced rate of £30 per head for students, devils and trainees. It is not necessary to be a member of the Society to attend and guests are welcome.
