The FBLS and Kingsley Napley have the pleasure of hosting a conference on a comparison of family law practice and procedure in financial proceedings between England and Wales, France and Scotland. 

Follow our three divorcing couples as our experts explain the key (and sometimes surprising) differences in their respective journeys through the English, French and Scottish courts, each with the aim of reaching a financial settlement Our experts will cover topics such as the role of the lawyer, confidentiality, transparency, disclosure and cost, amongst others.

The event will be held at the Kingsley Napley LLP offices (20 Bonhill Street, London, EC2A 4DN). The closest tube station is Old Street underground station This will be a hybrid event, whether you would like to attend in person or virtually, please register with the FBLS.
